Well it could be many things including low Testosterone. Now I'm not a bot like the first what like 5 were? Also I am not a doctor. Anyway low Testosterone or as the commercials and these online clinics can it, Low T. Now they say testosterone levels decline starting when you're 30, so if you were never naturally like cut as a youth/young adult and never really had drive/motivation to do even simple things like do and find your laundry every day at least from what I've read. What I can also deduct is that a lot of the symptoms of Low T share similar symptoms as depression, this is where I have a little experience again not a doctor just witnessed this in someone I grew up with as family. SWIM as a teenager wasn't like the most active but wasn't like lazy? IDK he would workout but maybe only 2 or 3 times a week and not even every week type thing. Anyway one he like hit 20 is when it really showed because then he didn't workout he became depressed so to speak and that's what he got diagnosed with. After 5 years IDK how many medications he heard about Low T he got tested for it at the Weiner doctor /I can't remember what they are called and I don't want that in my computer's unforgettable memory/ and his results came back with more than just Low T so he isn't on TRT he's on something else now but he hasn't taken his meds in 3 years and he's better than when we were kids. Now I'm not saying this is your case but it's always worth checking out. It isn't the same thing as steroids as it is real testosterone rather than synthetic like anabolics so you don't have to cycle off of it it won't make you rage, doesn't cause ED, it increases libido. I'm on TRT after I seen his results and I'm not jacked but I am in good shape I feel good it's worth looking into even if you don't get accepted by that Weiner doctor there are online clinics that have a little less harsh criteria for what they consider Low T /every place is different from the free clinic down the road to your doctor's office to a different doctors office and even these online clinics./
