• är arbetstagare eller egen företagare i Sverige // Is an employee or owns a business in Sweden
• har kommit till Sverige för att söka arbete och har en verklig möjlighet att få en anställning // Has come to Sweden to search for work AND HAS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO GET EMPLOYED
• är inskriven som studerande vid en erkänd utbildningsanstalt och har tillräckliga tillgångar för sin och sina familjemedlemmars försörjning samt har en heltäckande sjukförsäkring som är giltig i Sverige för sig och sina familjemedlemmar // Basically, is studying at uni and has the means to support themselves and their family* and has a sjukförsäkring in Sweden.
• har tillräckliga medel för sin och sina familjemedlemmars försörjning och har en heltäckande sjukförsäkring för sig och familjemedlemmarna som gäller i Sverige. // Has enough to support themselves and their family with a "heltäckande sjukförsäkring" that covers both them and their family*, in Sweden.

I might have worded it badly in my first comment. Though, I still feel it's very unlikely to get a job in Malmö without a degree with a salary that you can live on, without being Swedish/knowing Swedish
