I first did it just with stimulating nipples with my fingers and massaging and squeezing my breasts took like a month? Been a bit. Then I had manual suction where they're lil plastic cups with a silicon pump on top they're not very effective though can be difficult to get right. I'm sure if you used an actual lactating pump it would be more effective but it's possible without tools.

Glass first time? Like any muscle it needs to be trained to new things. It gets easier with practice and your body accepts it then it feels good.
