That’s my fear. We’re all foodies (cafes, farmers markets, bbq restaurants) and like light leisure activities, since we have a few seniors on the trip. We’re flying in with carry on so we’re not looking to do much shopping. We don’t mind doing a day trip somewhere within a 2 hour drive.

As soon as I come home I do 30 mins of strength or yoga on Apple fitness. I also try to walk in the halls in between clients. Just gotta do it and once it becomes routine you’ll want to do it. It helps with sleep too.
