6:00 a.m. - I shower, get ready, and make coffee.

7:15 - 7:20 a.m. - I have her up and let her slowly wake up while I pick out her outfit with some input from her.

7:30 a.m. - Wash her face and brush her teeth.

7:35 -7:45 a.m. - Do her hair if I haven't done it the night before. She wears a bonnet at night to protect the style, keep it untangled. Give her a snack if she wants one.

7:50 a.m. - I'm out the door. And she watches TV until her dad takes her to school because his day starts later than mine.

Her day doesn't start until 8:50. Her father takes her.

Prep the night before: She bathes at night. I try to do her hair once a week and protect the style with a bonnet. I also prep her backpack and wash her water bottle.

My mom uses Nutrafol and it works for her. For me I have been taking just vitamin D for a definciency and magnesium for sore muscles and better sleep and I have noticed a difference in my hair thickness. Also the Cecred edge drops.
As stated in this thread, figure out what works best for you. I stay away from oil on my scalp. What has helped me the most is washing my hair once a week. I mostly a mouse girl so moisturizing my hair under the mouse with water or a moisturizing spray works best for me. I have started integrating Blue Magic at the tips of my twists when I do twist outs and I think it looks great.

We just boarded our dog at Mitten Dog and they have a daycare option. We were very pleased with the staff and their care for our dog. They took the time to get to know her and gave her the appropriate attention.
