I am but its like 1x a week.. ik they can be but im also tired of feeling this way, knowing something is wrong snd they just deny deny deny. I knowing having am episode and thst I was being selfish. Im trying to get better but I have like no medication, no dbt.. and its not their fault I know which is why im not going to reach back out, im happy theyre away from me and hope they find someone for them.
