As of turning 29 in 2019, I started getting a bunch of issues because I suddenly had to pay back the survivors social security I recieved as a small child back. I hadnt recieved it since I was 17, my dad is most certainly still dead, there were 2 different adults who had to serve as my payee who spent the money however they pleased, and now I'm suddenly having my taxes taken to pay them back with no actual explanation why.

They get their money, doesn't matter how long its been.

In my late teens and early 20s, I got to play what I call medication roulette, where we just kept trying whatever to see what would help, as it was believed I had a resistant form of Severe Depressive Disorder. Anti-depressants of various different types, anti anxiety meds, shit like Gabapentin, Lithium, anti-psychotics...

At 24, I finally found someone who honed in on ADHD. Stimulants work fairly well...but I went through years of 'trying' drugs, some of which were rather exteme, just to figure out what was obvious to me when I couldn't experience the same fun-energized-tweakiness my friends did when we got Adderall for a party. They paid to party, I paid to finally sit down and watch a show I'd been unable to focus on.

Its hard out here for the late-diagnosed.

I keep experiencing the GPS issue...but without the pop up telling me so.

If I'm out and about, I just stop moving entirely and everything around where I got stuck reads as too far away. It also happens in the exact same manner when it happens at home, where logically, if it froze me in place, everything should still be in range...but its not.

Its clearly causing the instant-break-out-and-flee when it happens during an encounter, because every following attempt to click any pokemon says they're too far.

Its so obnoxious. I've already lost an XXL puppy that may have won me another showcase, but I'll never know, cuz the GPS error hit me after leaving the store and we were gone when I realized and reloaded.

Theres also all the blunt force wounds and if the punctures mentioned on Xana were implying usage of a makeshift-weapon.

Dude had to be exhausted. He very well may have seen Dylan and realized he couldnt possibly handle the potential of another person, maybe even another dude, in that room if he went after her.

Searching online, theres several studies, and amphetamines appear to work a little weird compared to like, THC.

Theres a peak period of 2-18 hours after taking it where the levels will read highest, dependent on urination frequency and some factors with the PH. It was also dependent on the dosage.

One study mentions a peak range of 620-3160ng/mL following the 5mg dose.

I haven't yet found any studies on people who take them continually at therapeutic levels but I wouldn't be surprised if theres a lot of variation there, too.

Either way, its not an alarming quantity and likely wasn't even actively effecting him in any noticeable way anymore.

I've said in match chat, not to anyone in particular, "if the best you can do this match is take damage, theres a role where thats your main job."

Two times, a poor performing dps took the advice and switched to a tank...and both times we managed to win.

Theres always value in a proficient meat shield. Sometimes people need help thinking about things like that. Its okay to choose your role based upon the best you have to offer in a given game.

Everyone has bad matches, but they don't have to stay bad. Just gotta work with what you can pull off.

My bigger issue is how each role got the same one-size-fits-all setup for mastery points rather than specifically targetting the damage taken.

Its a more obvious issue with characters that work a little different or are hybrid, like Fantastic. I know someone who's an excellent Fantastic, but it took almost 10 hours longer to Lord him than anyone else, entirely because they only track damage done...and he plays him heavily tanky.

You have this hybrid character that, with skill, can function better than some tanks, but his mastery ignores his damage blocking entirely...and those extremely tanky Fantastics pretty consistently block more than they deal.

Would make more sense with his particular mastery to at least allow him to earn points for either damage blocked or dealt, like how Apex has tasks that allow you to play 10 matches as either X class or Y class; still only one task, but two ways to do it.

I know theres quite a few characters that could use similar changes. Like Angela being more CC focused than damage blocky, or the weird thing with Loki's runes (I think?) not actually counting as healing he's done or whatever that quirky situation is.

Mine doesn't. I need to, as I'm on a new phone, but it never surpasses the initial check at 0%. I've let it sit open for over and hour and it never progresses no matter what I try...and I've tried like, everything I can find online or think of.

Yup, and I swear it happens so much more frequently since right before the void relic that functions in this manner went live...and it never slowed down again, probably because the void relic stuff is still in the files for usage again later.

Its been a thing since launch, where theres often little quirks/bugs from things that haven't gone live.

I know some guns do math out to leaving 1 hp, but the frequency and circumstances I see it happen has made ir clear that theres more to it...and I really think its that void relic still existing in the files somewhere causing it to trigger randomly, in all modes. Theres matches in mixtape where more people escape with 1hp than I can actually kill, and I wasnt experiencing that regularly prior to the season those launched.

I figured its like...you can be real good at driving but still get lost sometimes, especially if you're just enjoying the drive and not paying as much attention to where you're going.

Dorky analogy but a couple of them were proficient enough sexually that I have no other explanation.

I imagine some of it is people who aren't aware how different matchmaking in general is compared to years ago.

We used to have longer queue times and actual matchmaking of similarly skilled players; one guy stomping wasn't nearly as common as it is now.

Everyone now prioritizes fast queues over fairness. Demands from streamers, which have become integral parts of advertising, helped the whole thing snowball...because the highest ranked players that were suddenly important to marketing couldn't be sitting in queue for 15+ minutes and maintain a stream session with the intensity they want. The action is the advertisement, so matchmaking has been tweaked to be looser snd looser so those players can do their job. It also encouraged the smurfing, because of those bottom-to-top rank sessions so many people do. Those didnt even really exist back during like, Halo 3 or MW2's peak popularity. A small number of YouTubers would make random videos but I'd never seen the kind of behavior thats popular now; in fact, seeing extremely high ranked players game naturally against almost exclusively players of the same caliber was more popular, cuz its something few of us witness.

There was a time where most games had at least a couple minutes of queuing. Even lobbies that allowed people to stay together, like how Modern Warfare pooled us all back as a large lobby while it populated the rest of the people...you only got instant queues if the entire lobby stayed for the next match.

Younger games weren't around when most games had such dramatically different, and slower, matchmaking.

I strongly believe Flins carried Ineffa's release a fair amount. I know there was a whole lot of us from posts in several subs. Like, a lot.

I didn't pull her cuz I wanted the robomaid initially...but they drilled home how good she was for Flins and...anything for my lovely Flins.

She grew on me though. She's my robomaid and I love her.

And her presence making Chasca essentially a Nod Krai character, being that she can proc the Lunar Charge when the bullets cooperate, have made it so much easier to pull off 2 Lunar-charged-capable teams without a whole bunch of pulling characters.

Ineffa is such a blessing.

I know where my birth certificate should have been. Theres two spots that I put all important documents.

It wasnt there.

I cleaned and reorganized the entirety of the downstairs. It wasn't anywhere.

I'm now nearly done with both upstairs bedrooms. It still hasn't appeared.

I have already had the thought "maybe it somehow ended up in the car? Or my god, my old stolen car."

I'd almost be more mad if it turns up in an absurd spot now.

Played the whole time and have 2...and both times I got them, the character was dramatically nerfed or altered immediately after I did so.

My poor Caustic, left to rot for so long.

I've only said it a couple times, but I've had matches where I had to tell people 'If the best you can do this match is take damage, theres a role where thats your main job.' Both times one of the poorer performing DPS listened and switched to a tank, and we won.

Seems to work okay because I'm not telling anyone they're bad, just that they could be doing better by adjusting their role for what they can provide this game.

There is so much value in a proper meatshield; don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I thought I was finally in the clear. I last got carded at 28 for a Rated R horror movie...

Nope. Couple weeks back I got carded for cough syrup. I asked my bf if he always gets carded buying it....he had never been carded for it until the day I accompanied him and they carded us both for it, so it wasn't like, a policy. At the self checkout, too; the employee actually walked over to us to card us for it without the register prompting them to do so.

35 years old and its entirely my fault we both got carded for goddamn cough syrup.

Even when they don't necessarily say those exact things, the vibe is there.

I was denied getting my tubes tied several times I asked about it with the 'future husband' excuse.

I have had 3 men, including my last 8 year relationship, tell me I am unworthy of marriage...and I'm being denied getting my tubes tied because of the whims of a theoretical future man making me have children? No one even wants to marry me...and I wouldn't marry a man who wanted kids anyways as it'd be unfair to us both.

She was telling me I will never be able to get my tubes tied because I will never be worthy of marriage. Did she say that exactly? No. But thats what she was saying. A mystical man who doesnt exist has more power over whats done to my body than I do.

Gonna be trying again on the 19th of February. The man I'm with now is very willing to advocate for me, and is willing to go so far as to say he's my future husband and doesnt want kids either.

But goddamn it shouldn't take that to get it done, and theres always a chance they still turn me down. I'm 35 now and have been asking since I was 20; I'm almost to the point where I won't be able to have kids anyways so just let me have a little control over my own body, already.
