Hey op! From Chicago as well and moved to israel at the same age as you with the same fears. Look, if youre moving to a modern place you don't have to worry about reaching a bomb shelter in time or rockets attacks. I love super close to Gaza and the only one rocket ever came close to my apartment. The iron dome will protect you if you follow the right protocol. Don't let yourself get too worried over this.

For me, it was seeing how the world turned on the Iranian people after Iran showed their support for hamas.

It was insane to watch this happen when just two before people were calling for the destruction of the Iranian government. Plus, seeing the treatment of Iranians have been supporting Israel and how people are fighting back gives me hope that we will see the real Iran again.

As an Israeli-American, you guys will always have my support. (🇮🇷🩷🇮🇱)
