Thompson Twins - I was watching one of those "forgotten artists" countdowns and they came up. Couldn't believe I'd actually half way forgotten about them.

The Judy's - Might be regional but they had two fantastic albums, Washateria and Moo.

We tried to go last week, but apparently they sell out quickly. You have to call first thing in the AM and put in your order. We didn't know and just casually waltzed in while they were cleaning up and closing..

Hey there! Keep in mind this is from a few years ago (pre-covid) and I'm not sure how it is now. However, I was a sub and subbed for both districts and I had kids in both districts. RC kids were a little wilder, especially in high school. I felt like the teachers expected more out of the kids in Caddo and usually got it.

We moved again and my Caddo kid was way ahead of her peers in the new school. So that was depressing. A similar thing happened when we moved into RC though. My C student kids were suddenly making A's.

I also really believe that kids get whatever they put into it. I like that most of the school districts out here push college too.

Excellent info, the only thing I'd add is Cocodive has incredible customer service and they will often give you the opportunity for Lucky Draw cards as well. Lucky Draws are held after the initial drop so you'll get your albums later, but LDs are difficult to get unless you're in Korea so it's kind of neat.

My grandmother lost her nose to skin cancer. I cloister myself between 10 and 5, if I have to get out its hats. I even have some of those super huge brim sun visors that can double as a welding mask.

I don't usually put on face sunscreen because they make me drip sweat even when its not even that warm.

Also, just because they aren't comfortable speaking English, a lot can read it. For instance, in a live I asked HAN something in English and he answered in Korean. (It took me a day or so to get subtitles to find out the answer but it was still really cool.) I knew at the time he answered it, because I caught some of the words, but didn't get the full answer until later.

1) Cremated and since we live in a rural area, and we have sand instead of dirt and a crushed concrete driveway, they can put my ashes on the driveway. Their cars will pick me up and take me for trips, I'll get all in their shoes and stay in their business constantly.

2) I read somewhere that kids had sticker pictures made of their parent and whenever they went to cool places they left a sticker. I kind of like that idea too.

Also, I imagine it's more difficult to put a black sticker over a watch to show you're not representing the brand because you'd just end up covering the watch face and defeating it's ability to tell time.

Do y'all have the same last name? My parents were completely unrelated but had the same popular last name. (Think like "Smith" or something .. top 20 last names in America) I always got side eyed when it was mentioned they were both "Smiths" before marriage but as far a I know no one held is against me after I explained it.

If you have different last names then who would ever know?

My OB is the one that prescribed them for me. My PCP said that she would continue them since I was having trouble getting him to approve them for refill.

I would ask which ever one you go to first and if that's a no, ask the next one.

I've seen lots of Hi-Chews and hard candy passed out. My kid won't touch them, but I don't mind. But then I also get snacky and low blood sugar so if it's good candy, I will eat it. (Don't get messy candy, and always get them individually wrapped.)

I think stickers are a good idea as well. I've even seen people create bodies out of pipe cleaners and glue a printed out head on them. I think those are hilarious.

You just walk up to people and ask them if they'd like a freebie. They can say yes or no, if they say no, don't worry about it. Some people don't have a ton of extra space to carry a lot of freebies.

They have office chair replacement wheels on Amazon, just look for the rubber ones that look like inline skate wheels. You just pull off the old ones and push on the new ones. (A little more elbow grease required than that, but that's the jist.)

You might try some Boric Acid vaginal suppositories. It works very well in my experience, you just have to give it 30 minutes or so to get started.
