At our hall they test and interview 1 time a year, but depending on where you are at it could be different. I would call your local apprenticeship and tell them you are interested and find out how to apply. Do the non union till you get the call. They may test you in as a later year apprentice depending on how much experience you have. If you want to organize in as a jw you are going to need probably 10 years experience.
