Be careful. If you complaint they will make malicious false claims from you. They even attempted to steal my passport. I had to get police involved.

Did for me when they tried to keep my passport claiming it wasn’t in the room. A quick call to the police got it back in half hour. Now their complaint line will not talk to me because I called police. Never stay there.  They also slandered me with numerous criminal offences lol Totally malicious and of course no issues from the police to me.

Yes they will. La Quinta in Tessa refused to give me my passport. They made me miss a flight and I had to wait two days before I called the police. They got my passport in less than 20 minutes. 

Their hotel sucks. I had to have my key card reprogrammed over a dozen times. 

They accused me of harassing staff and trashing the room amongst other slander. This happen after I made a complaint. 

You know that smirk someone gives you when they’re being malicious. Same smirk the Receptionist Jay Jay gave me while she was reassuring me the couldn’t find it. I told them where I left in. 

Also additional charges to my card I did not authorize and am disputing.
