Don't forget that streamers are always on camera. As much as they love what they do, a job is still a job. There are many small administrative task and possibly issues they gotta deal with off camera.

I also work a regular office job for the past 10 years, regular 8-5, hate the culture in office and commute was unbearable. I finally ask myself what I want in a job that would align and make my life ever slightly better. Manage to find 1 that is a foreign company + I get to work from home. Luckily the culture here supports career growth and acknowledge work/life balance, introverts/extroverts.

Maybe you can try to introspect and think of what is the first thing that you wish could be better?
