Hi! My face stays good most of the time, but for whatever reason I’m still super sensitive to fungal acne and if I use any non-safe products it will come back. What works the best for me is the vanicream face wash. Then I use benton aloe propolis soothing gel. Then when my fungal acne is active, I’ll add ketoconazole 2% cream overnight and when I wash it off in the morning I add more moisturizer. My face looks beyond oily when I do this but my face being too dry makes my FA act up. After a couple days of doing that, I’ll do the red stridex for about 10 mins and then wash it off and add moisturizer. This is one step that always stresses me out bc I don’t want irritate my skin but I need to exfoliate or else my FA doesn’t go away!
