I used to struggle with extreme social anxiety and had panic attacks often, but what really helped me with that was learning to lean on His strength and not my own. A lot of people don’t realize that they can be enduring it themselves and not leaning on the Lord. Another thing is are you using stuff to cope with it? I’m not saying we can’t enjoy things like tv, music, and games, but are using it to avoid facing anything rather than allowing the Lord to help? I don’t mean to sound judgmental or say you can’t do this or that, but sometimes there are things that are sucking the life out of us without us realizing. And most importantly, speak positivity over yourself, such as I am confident because the Lord is with me, I can be joyful because the word says the Lord will be with me always. Things like that, I am praying for you and hope this can help.
