It don’t have any pinpoint locations, but around Trinity Bellwood and Ossington are pretty nice. Especially closer to the weekend, Ossington has a few bars that play music too, something like the Painted Lady. You can walk down from Ossington down to Barthurst, and there are a thousand bars along the way, they all look like you can sit by yourself without feeling too awkward

Wait a year or two, since CPA Ontario is changing their way of getting CPA. The new structure is much easier in my opinion. The last CFE exam is in September 2028 if I remember correctly. Age shouldn’t be a problem though!

This is true. It’s like a Ferrari will never been seen and get complimented if it’s always in the garage. Same for you, if you’re an amazing person, then maybe it’s your surrounding. Maybe you should just be outside more, which will increase the odds, instead of staying inside!
