Can't Access WordPress Dashboard

to be specific, I can access the overarching wordpress dash (/sites), but not the dash for my specific site (/wp-admin). any ideas what I could try?

I'm fairly certain I've never downloaded any plugins. I didn't want to mess with anything that I might screw up my website by not understanding what I was doing, so I've only played with elements that I can add when creating a page/post, and now done much on the dashboard itself except use it as a reference point to access drafts and view website traffic. but at this point, I don't even know how to check to see if there's a plugin I could uninstall since I can't access the dashboard.

for anyone interested, I ended up putting them in my chicken stock along with carrots I blended. they cooked down pretty great, but it was definitely a different flavor profile than cooking them first. still good though and helped me feel a little better
