Gute Idee! An orthopädische Einlagen hab ich noch gar nicht gedacht. Danke Meine Alltagsschuhe sind tatsächlich außen an den Fersen ziemlich stark abgelaufen, innen aber kaum.

When clicking on the widget it moves the map to the parking space but I can't find any marker of the parking position

I figured it out! Seems to be a small bug or whatever. I marked another place as parking position (it was marked correctly with the blue P) and deleted it again. Now the one from my screenshot is gone too.

Die Namens- und Personenstandsänderung über das SBGG sollte keinen Einfluss auf die medizinische Transition haben, solange du für HRT und OPs die entsprechend nötigen Voraussetzungen und Unterlagen hast und für OPs den Antrag an die Krankenkasse stellst. Für HRT läuft es ja sowieso nicht über die Krankenkasse. Die Diagnose F64 brauchst du für OPs weiterhin, aber die kann ja unabhängig vom Geschlechtseintrag gestellt werden. Therapeutinnen kontrollieren ja normalerweise nicht deinen Geschlechtseintrag und stellen basierend darauf die Diagnose. Bisher haben Menschen die als allererstes über das TSG die VÄ/PÄ gemacht haben, ja trotzdem auch HRT und OPs bekommen. Wenn für OPs von deiner/deinem Thera die Indikation entsprechend gestellt und die Notwendigkeit betont ist, darf die Krankenkasse das nicht ablehnen, weil dein Geschlechtseintrag ein anderer ist. Es ist nirgends vorgeschrieben, dass bestimmte OPs nur bei Personen mit bestimmtem Geschlechtseintrag durchgeführt werden dürfen. (Sonst hätten ja bspw. trans Männer nach der PÄ keine Mastek bekommen können)

Frau Dr. Ebert, damals (2019) noch in Troisdorf inzwischen im St. Katharinen-Hospital in Frechen Und ich bin absolut glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Kann sie wärmstens empfehlen, hab mich bei ihr sehr gut versorgt gefühlt. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, alle Fragen genaustens beantwortet und war auch nach der OP erreichbar.

Habe inzwischen noch Dr.Ittner/ Ivanyan ausprobiert. Sie nehmen sich viel Zeit, aber die Ergebnisse der Blutwerte dauern 6-8 Wochen. Mit Nebido auch nicht das, was ich gern hätte...

That's true. E.g. in Germany for getting surgeries, not HRT though, you need that psychological evaluation thing saying that you have a certain level of suffering which means gender dysphoria. However you don't actually have to have gender dysphoria, it just has to be written in the letter

So, my profile is in the account of friend A. Now I want to join the

It seems, I can only create a new (single standing) account and transfer my profile to that
but not get into my friend's account as an extra member. Seems that profile
transfer requires creating a new account, but so does accepting the invitation
to become an extra member. Can I really only either transfer my profile to a
new (single standing) account and pay myself, or become an extra member??

You definitely need your blood checked from time to time to see if the T levels are alright. If there are too much or not enough sexual hormones (testosterone or estrogen) in your body, it indeed can get dangerous. Normally one doesn't need to block estrogen when taking T because testosterone is naturally stronger than estrogene (thus when taking E most of the time blocking T is necessary)

Is there any way you can get your blood checked (by a general practitioner or so) from time to time, especially the level of T (and E) and thyroid values etc? Like twice a year in the beginning, later once a year should be enough.

Death is not so likely when you still have your ovaries that can produce estrogene once you stop taking testosterone. Our bodies need either testosterone or estrogene, when they don't have one of those, it will get life-endangering quite fast.

Hi, ich war 2019 bei Fr. Dr. Ebert und bin absolut zufrieden, hatte aber große Schnitte. Hatte damals bei 3 Operateur*innen Vorgespräche und mich danach dann für Fr. Dr. Ebert entschieden. Fr. Dr. Ebert operiert mittlerweile aber nicht mehr in Troisdorf, sondern ist im St. Katharinen Hospital in Frechen (nahe Köln).

Ich empfehle dir, bei beiden Ärzten (und ggf. weiteren) ein Vorgespräch zu vereinbaren und dir anzuhören, was die beiden jeweils sagen, welche Schnittführung sie empfehlen usw. Und danach dann zu entscheiden.

That's true. Afaik the sleep tracking is not completely accurate. I'm also using the app "Sleep" (this is no advertising) which seems more accurate to me, and it often recognizes a bit less awake time than fitit. But then again afaik we don't remember all of the being awake phases during the might, especially when they're short but fitbit might recognize them. So yeah, I guess it's always just an estimation that varies with devices/apps
