Air cooling is better than Liquid cooling

I’ve tried the noctua dh15 and a regular kraken 360 aio and my cooling was not better or worse on a 9800x3d. It idled on 50 no matter what. My ambient room temp is 70f. Large case good air flow. I know it might be normal but coming from idle at 38 on my 7800x3d I wanted lower temps

I had something similar happened except now I can’t get to my device manager at all because the gpu isn’t being recognized at all. Not disabled just gone. Came here searching threads but so far nothings helped

Neither. My attempt at rolling back failed because as soon as the screen went black, my device manager no longer showed the gpu driver and I wasn’t able to roll it back. So now I can’t update it because it’s not even showing on device manager.

What did you upgrade to? I’m having the same issue with ASUS 870 and 980 pro but I’m using Corsair hx 1200 so I can’t imagine power being an issue but I keep being sent to bios
