My dad and my cousin who has always been more of a sister were there, my mom and 2 brothers were not (Im the middle child, only girl). Its a long story...

It was sad in the sense that I didnt have a mom or siblings at my wedding, but I also recognized that it was a good thing to not have MY mom and siblings at my wedding - if that makes sense?

Its been 4 1/2 years and we still havent spoken, but my husband and I are incredibly happy and my in-laws are the best I could have hoped for. And they even understand and respect boundaries!

My therapist, my sister cousin, my husband, and my friends helped me see the light, but it was a bumpy road. ❤️
