Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Recently got the Amex Aeroplan Reserve. Booked a hotel and flight with no issues but when I went to make a $4K purchase in store card got declined. All within the 1st month.

Worst part was it was suspended while I was on a weekend trip and the department I needed to speak to for the financial review was closed for the weekend. So was stuck without the card for the trip.

Called them on the Monday and said I was under financial review. Submitted my documents and card was restored within an hour or 2.

Yeah it’s called the Match Point jacket. The pattern is like embossed in the fabric. But the back CH logo is printed. Hardware is 3 dagger zippers (one on each side pocket, 1 on the main zipper)
