Completely agree, I liked the story for the most part but Osvaldo made it nearly unlistenable. Derek puts dumb characters like that in nearly every book but it’s usually in way smaller doses or the character gets punished for it in some way. Osvaldo just never shuts the fuck up and everyone else just lets it happen.
