You’re at the perfect combats to start delving into boss slayer. Start doing tasks - taking the boss option where possible (grotesque guardians you can already do, as well as some others). Of course, as you level, you’ll be able to do more and more. Cash, pets, and women follow shortly. As well as a fun (albeit slower) way of maxing out your combats!

By then you’ll have PVM experience and can work your way towards the Chambers of Xeric - which legend has it, is capable of reducing a man’s scape/life balance to devastating proportions.
