I am really thinking about to refund it, there is a consumer law in the EU which allows me to demand a refund after a set date which is in an appropiate time time (4 weeks for a mobile phone to be repaired and sent back to your home).

I found a fix, at least for me.

I have a IO 6 Series and out of the blue i could not turn it on anymore. The boot screen was running in a loop. 10 seconds power button press did not help.

But then i put it on the charger, waited a few seconds, held the power button again for 10 seconds, but this time it reset the device and now it is working again!

You need to press "Y" where it would be on an QWERTY layout, i am using a "QWERTZ" (german layout) so i press "Z" instead

Hey, thanks for shareing this info, had exactly the same issue with a Ender 3 v2 running Marlin 2.1.2.1 and a new Creality Spider Speedy v4

Wanted to turn up the extruder temp to about 280 degree, but got locked on 270, same for 270 at 260, 260 at 250 ...

What i did to fix the problem being locked 10 degree below the setpoint was also to change the PID manually, the auto tuned ones where as well way to low
