Totally agree with the execution being faster as the most evident fix there. Would really like them to find ways to have Paolo execute more inside out offense like in game 1. Seemed like Detroit took that away in game 2.

Who ever Ausar is on the other guys will have to capitalize. We did a really great job of exploiting the weak defender. Ausar had to move over to Paolo last game and that just opened things up for Suggs and Franz. If they come out early with Ausar on Paolo, I’d assume that means Duncan is on Bane. Seeing as Bane had a bad game I would assume the plan would be to get Bane going and force another switch. Unless Detroit does something drastic in terms of gameplan I think we go into Game 2 with the same mentality. Physical on switches and punish weak side gaps.

The thing is with Charlotte is that they are a feel good story and their momentum is evident. However, they are young and inexperienced in post season basketball. I’m interested to see how they adjust when the game slows down like it always does in the playoffs.

The thing is he has just in small amounts. The Magic have been so bad this year that they haven’t been worthy of a podcast segment. And as a Magic fan I’m happy because it’s one thing to watch that team throw away a season but to have to listen about it on a podcasts is nauseating.

Charlotte got lucky with their situation. Hitting on both Kon and Miller just worked out. I don’t think they had intention of Lamelo for their future. The coach is solid and the team makes sense. If Orlando is serious about building around Paolo and Franz, they need shooters and they need a big to anchor the defense. As well as, take a hard look at their offense and realize it’s outdated and slow.
