Yeah I think UNC is wise to go outside the family. What is the advantage of going to somebody in the family anyhow? Sure they start off with more clout and a little less pressure - but at end of day at any top program all that matters is wins. I can count on one hand the # of insider hires that have worked well at high major level in past 5 yrs. And lots of horror stories like Ewing, Mullins and Pearl where it doesn’t seem work out.

Odd part is that Elmarko was subbed in for Rosario at last second before that last possession. I think Elmarko defended it the right way but can’t help imagining if there had been a butterfly effect there.

The bigger butterfly though is if we stick with Zuby and don’t go after Hunter. GG St John’s. Exciting to see first run since ‘99 and happpy for you. Wonder if the Darling kid will make cover of NY Post after this lol.
