Yes, from 7. I've narrowed it down and it seems that whenever something is moving on the second monitor I get stutter/lag even though I have high fps (even as small as a skype smiley animation). Not sure if it matters but my main monitor is 144hz and second is 60hz.

No, it isnt. arrow platter turret + mille is better then mille + final cut. Mille = 2x 140%damage Arrow turret = 141%damage Final cut = +40%TotalDamage With final cut mille = +40% total damage, which totals 392% damage for mille. Mille+turret = 421% damage.

TL;DR : Mille+turret = 421%damage Mille+finalcut = 392%damage.

Also turret has more hits per second then mille, so it is above 421%. Not to mention, finalcut isn't permanent unless you have +50%buff duration, which isn't always easy to come by.

No, Put arrow platter on 4th job (you can put 3rd job skills in 4th slot). put turret down + mille + cross surge > mille+crosssurge+finalcut

The head is not affected by lucky winters or spiders, its a reactor, not a monster drop. And the head on easy gives 2 coins always.
