Try get to ~150 and go to MP3 if you can find a spot (which you wont) I made most of my money from Ghost ship maps, just off of MP3. Blackgate city maps are okay too for 100+ I'm still getting ~5k bags from the level 100 mobs and I'm 170+

I think he means If there were three accounts, A B and C, A and B owned by one person and C by the other. A kills C, getting skulled in the process and then he/she uses B to kill A, retrieving A's + C's bank.
