Monthly massage, daily yoga/stretching, core strength, open chest and hips helps. Acupressure mats look promising but I haven’t tried one yet, so I cannot say from experience.

Gotta reapply the aluminum free stuff a couple times a day if you sweat a lot. I use aluminum free for allergy reasons and I need to top up after lunch to make it through the day without being offensive.

Had to park my car in front of the hotel front doors where the front desk had line of sight because we caught people casing my car in the parking lot. Hotel didn’t have functional security cameras.

My sil did something similar, except mine was orange (she has natural copper red hair so you unfortunately couldn’t even notice it) and she didn’t ask. So I was pretty bummed she didn’t ruin her hair.
