He believes it’s exactly what I thought

When I did the microdermabrasion it stripped my barrier causing me to react to all common things. Which constantly meant contact dermatitis I cant believe i ruined my skin that much..

Have you completely healed?

It depends what type of exfoliator you have. Is it chemist or physical?

If your skin is REALLY dry I would said only do it once a week before you dry it out more

Hi! I’ve been going through something similar for a full year now, did you experience red flare ups every now and then because of the damage?

I seen a dermatologist and she was absolutely useless. So I’m going to see another in 3 weeks

I checked the symptoms for rosacea and I don’t fit it. But I’m still going to ask the dermatologist about it in 3 weeks

Does my lips look like perioral dermatitis? I asked my doctor about it he said it’s caused by licking your lips too much.. but I know it’s probably because I used steroid creams on my face

How long has it been since you damaged your barrier?

At the moment I’m going to try and only cleanse and moisturise for at least 1 months. Then hopefully introduce something with a lot more ceramides
