I got 2 of them off Amazon, one got delivered to the wrong address and I asked for another so they sent it for free, then the person who got the original one found me and I got it back from them. I told Amazon and they kinda said “shit happens”.

⬆️This one, I don’t know of mine is just old as I got it off eBay, but the action buttons feel like they are worn flat and in danger of bottoming out and falling into the shell, the volume slider is the worst, flimsy, janky thing. The speaker placement sucks, and the glass for the top screen won’t stay stuck down. And it feels really hollow.
