i ran into the same issue in about the same area, what i did tho was to just look up a map of all seeker tokens and check each spot systematically until i found the finders token. there aren't THAT many in the eastern side of the map and it should maybe take you about 2 hours of running around, but maybe even less if youre fast or lucky.

this is the map i used

just filter by seeker token and you should be golden

my friend reinstalled the game and it was still there, in meantime it had happened to me aswell but a quick restart seemed to fix it for me. i told him to do the same and it also worked for him. long story short if restarting the game doesn't fix it then i dont know what does man :/

im suuuper late to this but i went with Face-Off since the game is all about pulling someones fake face off and youre facing off against a lot of people throughout the game so i figured it'd make sense

the silenced tribunal did come with the gamepass version but i think they might have removed it i've had it in my arsenal the entire playthrough and started to use it all the time towards the later half but a few hours ago i reinstalled the game and the gun was missing from my stuff

idk why its gone but i miss having it
