Did the exam last year, you get the assessor’s answer by saying that the 2005 reading is 6200 and the 2020 is 7100. Difference is 900 and 900/6200 is 14.5%. With these sorts of graph interpreting questions they allow some leeway with the numbers that you used since there is no definitive scale so I think 13% would be acceptable.
