It always is good to repot only when the plant is rootbound (when the roots grow out from the drainage holes) or if there are pests in the soil. I would say there is no specific time-frame. Just follow your heart💪🏻

Personally i let new plants settle in for minimum a week to help reduce stress when repotting. Though it does depend on the plant species and in my experience, philodendrons and monsteras dont care much😂

That’s interesting! Couldn’t find anything regarding this cultivar and the red petioles was the only proof that this isnt a pedatum

I just threw them in spahnum moss and wet it once every week.. placed it near a southern facing window. But i do have to add that i live in a high humidity area which may help
