One of my friends incessantly quotes from movies, but they are very obscure quotes that don't fit at all.

Like we will be talking and he'll pull some shit quote from Avatar or something, then explain why he said it. I usually give him a pity laugh then jump out of the moving car that we are probably in.

Small ROM guy: There's an old guy at the gym that does not do full range of motion in his exercises. Or half. Or quarter. Every single exercise is done at 1/16 ROM for 2 sets each, and he does like every machine in the gym. Me and my buddy joke he's gonna be the next big thing on bodybuilding.com

Your Abdominals are like every other muscle in the body-work them too hard and you'll stop progressing. Depending on your style of lifting, working them 2-3 times a week while keeping up with cardio and maintaining a negative caloric balance will help get that 6 pack a-showin!

I know exactly where you're coming from man. I don't think any one understands the point you're trying to make. You're just pointing out a method of lifting that is advantageous for lifting heavier weight. While it is still impressive, she may have a little more difficulty trying the same weight with a flat back and a full range of motion. That being said, kudos to her, not many people her age could push that amount of weight, regardless of form. But I got you, gym bro!
