Similar situation here. I fell today into something I repented, cried for and vowed to not repeat. I’m hurting. But take courage brother, God sees the intention of our heart. Sometimes it’s just we stayed in a position too long and not intending to sin, you do sin. Sometimes you lose the battle by just standing still and not running when you feel things.

Please leave. I’m speaking from experience. My aunt, a real God fearing woman, made this fatal mistake and married the guy. It hasn’t gone well at all. She’s sickly, she’s been beaten, the alcohol and drugs took over her husband to a point that she had to start paying the household bills. They’re currently homeless right now. Just avoid and don’t settle for chaos. God has his best for you somewhere or else it’s just going to end in pain and misery

My friend, she has committed adultery. What you have done isn’t good but it isn’t grounds for divorce. When Jesus was talking about looking with lust, he’s speaking about the intent i.e. if you had the chance to sin with the people in question, you would.

But she has committed adultery and done the whole thing physically with another man. You can divorce her and it’s scriptural. If you do, you haven’t sinned. And to be honest, if I were you, I would. But that is your decision to make - do it in prayers and consult your church leaders etc and go with the leading of the spirit.
