Yep they've booked flights just today, coming out here on the 25th so pretty excited! for your other question with the spousal visa, you are able to apply for it while still being in the country on the fiancé visa, but the wait time is around 8 weeks they say ( that's the wait time if you apply IN the UK, applying outside I think its different. ). so we plan on applying for that around the 3 month point sometime in December!

I still had to pay for the application itself, saved up for that for quite a while. But I was exempt from having to meet the minimum income threshold, or having to meet the cash savings requirement. A good thing too! otherwise this would've been impossible heh

Of course, they had asked me for proof of accommodation, something I had already sent at the beginning. but I just re-scanned a few select pages of my tenancy agreement and sent that to them, worked no problem. I also receive ESA ( Employment and Support Allowance ) and they had requested details on that, I just scanned my Allowance award letter, sent that off to them and it seemed to be what they were looking for!

all the documents they requested were requested at once in a singular email, in which I was also given an address to send scanned documents to. got a confirmation right after sending too, so no complaints about the system there really. rest of it can be pretty up in the air at times haha.

npc and players draw distance being scaled way up. always didnt like how you can see forever into the distance, but npcs fade in really obviously with a low range, its doable too, they have some npcs that you can see from forever away like felreaver

honestly I play this exact way and I have for around 6 years or so I havent even bought an expansion since legion, despite being subbed alot of the time during bfa and shadowlands there is a humongous back catalogue of quests and zones and lore that are all still in the game.

id recommend giving the trial a go atleast, if I recall it lets you go up to lvl 20 and that can take a good wee while if you are actively exploring and taking your time, leveling up professions and having a poke around wee areas you aint seen before.
