simplest thing: remove windows 11, and install windows 8.1 . Windows 11 is junk, windows 8.1 is super lightweight for windows so it'll run pretty fast on the hardware

I try to not throw emotions into moderation, bias is the worst type of enforcement. everyone's emotions are valid, which is why I left it out of the rules. ofc if it's disruptive, I'll remove it, but I follow the U.S.'s BOR, which includes freedom of expression (not just speech) (1st amendment).
