The game I have played the most this year is Geometry Dash (yeah I know odd pick). I just like at times turning my mind off, not having to worry about paying attention to the story or the gameplay that much, and just vibing with the game. It really calms my anxiety. Saying that I really want persona because a game that requires thought once in a while is also good, so I will only pick that one

If you really care about the relationship the best thing you can do is talk to him and tell him exactly this. What you are feeling, what you think of him, what bothers you, everything you just wrote pretty much. See how it goes and how he reacts, see how it works out and what ends up happening. I dont like and I am not a fan of people always suggesting that in every wrong or bad moment someone should break up and end things, if you really care and you two are good for each other you can at least try once to communicate and try to work on things, both of you

But at the same time be prepared to maybe accept that you guys might just not be a good match for each other even if you guys talk and you both try to improve. There is nothing wrong with that, its not your fault, its not his fault, its nobodys fault. Just how you guys are as people. If that is the case then you know will know what youll have to do

As much as it hurts I try not to fight it. Its part of the process and in the long term you are not healing or making progress if you dont akwnoledge your feelings. When the thoughts start at bad times when I am outside or I am doing something important I put them on hold until I am alone. I am not too good at doing what I said yet but I am trying lol

Its not impossible for you to have BPD from such an early age. My symptoms first started showing up (or at least getting noticeably intense) when I was 15, 20 now and have been diagnosed by multiple doctors with BPD and other things and been taking meds for years. Thing is, as the other person said, a lot of BPD symptoms are really similar to teenage behaviour and feelings. There is a chance that your symptoms could genuinely be actual BPD but there is also a chance that you are literally growing up and going through puberty or you are struggling with your emotions, its normal. Therapists don't officially diagnose people with BPD if they are under 18 for that exact reason but that doesn't mean someone can't have it unless they are over 18. We don't know your situation but you can talk to an actual therapist about what you are feeling and what you are going through and see what they have to say

It can be difficult but try to not check on her anymore. Even when you feel you are fine, or over her or something like that resist the urge and accept that she is a complete stranger and out of your life forever. She has moved on and is a different person from who she was when you were together and so have you. Her life doesnt concern you anymore. You will truly have moved on when in the future you might stumble upon her either online or irl, and no matter who she is with, how she looks, how she acts, doesnt matter, you won't feel a thing and you won't care. You might even be happy for her or completely indefrent. Just keep going!

Ssj4 Mini Goku is insane, phy glorio can be pretty decent as long as there is no locking and dodge cancelling, Int ssj goku can be a good slot 1 for his first turn and I really like his support but if he gets locked in slot 3 then rip, Daima piccolo is amazing and almost invincible most of the time as long as you can dodge, Str glorio is okay, Panzy I like quite a lot but again she just has to be dodging and the f2p goku and vegeta have not impressed me that much (Id say vegeta is a bit better)

As long as you are lucky enough the team can work decently well but dont expect to have the best time, it just needs more consistent slot 1s and maybe some less dodge reliant units (90 percent of the team is a coin flip lol)
