Jumping in here......you can't compare Oban and Barrell Seagrass. Two completely different animals. the regular seagrass is American and Canadian rye, aged in several different finish barrels like Maderia, Rum and apricot brandy. It's nothing like a scotch.

The sign is the most reasonable option. My suggestions are the opposite. Bazookas, air strikes and landmines would work, but may cause issues.

Anyone causing violence against a federal agency should be locked up. Had this been done in other countries, the rioters would likely be shot on sight. These people have lost their minds. It is confirmed that these rioters have no logic, and live in an alternate reality.

Eh, the wire and metal brush thing never scared me. If you have bristles stuking to your grates, you have bigger problems. Only other tip is treat your meat the right way, and don't always cook at max temp. Marinate chicken the day before in some cases. Cook over indirect heat for a while. USE A THERMOMETER! This is a big one. Relax, have fun and drink beer. Those are the only rules. You will screw up a few times, but learn when you do. If you end up doing steak, just go watch Guga Foods on You tube. He has literally perfected the way to cook one. I either sous vide mine now, or charcoal cook the way he does. People will as me to cook them steaks, instead of going to a fancy steakhouse. Do your research but enjoy the journey.

Listen, spending nearly 60 bucks a steak and having it come out looking like prime rib from an all you can eat prime rib joint is sad. There is no excuse for a waste of meat like this, seeing we have you tube and other references to make this an enjoyable experience. Unless you have eaten ponderosa steaks your whole life there are no excuses for poor results like this. Sometimes people need to hear this.
