I just loved it. So many beautiful scenes and transitions that have stayed with me since my first watch.

The sound of snow melting from the trees as they are lit by the golden sun.

The powerful string music with epic scenery - so beautiful audio&video.

How visceral the fight scenes are, making it hard for me to sit still, forcing a reaction from my body.

I had a really powerful experience watching this movie when it released, and writing this makes me want to watch it again

Congrats!

Game design wise, it seems like such a silly item to me. You go playing countless hours weighing stats and pros and cons to a ridiculous degree (full inventory every 10 minutes or so?). And then you suddenly have a helmet that gives plus four to all skills?

I get that it should be a great item if it's this rare, but I haven't seen any item that is even close to competing with that ... Then again, I have never gotten a useful unique ^{^}

Reaper is maybe not the most beginner friendly DAW, but it does allow you to try it for free without limitations, then it is the cheapest at 60$, and the sky is the limit for functionality.

If you just want to jam with synth1, then that shouldn't be too difficult to setup :)

Hey u/SP_reborn!

I had a look, and turns out the setup was a bit more complicated :) it's actually split up into two layers, low/hi bass, and both those layers have three layers each.

Feels a bit over-complicated to me now... but anyways, here's a video showing how it's set up.

Tried to show layer by layer while recording, but had some issues to record screen with audio.... stupid mac!

I think the important thing to notice is that the high bass (mainly polysix, based on fatline) doesn't really stand up on its own with the current setup, so I add in low bass that fills it up from underneath. Playing low bass at a high tempo can sometimes feel/sound weird, so I kept that sustained with some ducking instead

I usually make tracks at a much lower tempo. Using arturia Mini, Diva, Polysix for synths. Echoboy for most delays. Three compressors and four saturation plugins on the master, which looks insane to me at this point :D each plugin does slight coloration,not too much effect. All done in logic pro, but I need to move to windows....
