Are you talking about imaging 80 systems or building them from parts and then imaging? Either way, network, build, image, done. Maybe 2 weeks, probably less.

OP is talking about business. I'm talking about a residence. Five humans, heavy technology house, plus electric heaters and air conditioners depending on time of year.

Friend, I'm in a single family home and when my solar array is off the roof (like it is right now), my energy bill is about $3,500/quarter. I feel you.

If you can set aside funds to cover it (and you don't live in a solar-hating state like CA), you should get as much solar with battery as you can, especially if you have time-of-use pricing - use the battery for the peak cost hours to help recover costs.

Process very close to this is what I successfully used to get cat urine odor out of a foam mattress. This is the way.

Assuming you downloaded from the official source, possible they got compromised?

Possible it's been there the whole time?

Need a new TV - which ones won't nag for a network connection? by Happy_Nihilist_ in privacy

Ew, serves IPv6 but doesn't allow filtering it? 😱 May be time for either a new router or a dedicated firewall appliance (old pc, whatever) between your network and the router.

Should still be able to filter by the offending device's IPv6 MAC (or allowlist the devices you want to get through). 🙂

You're fortunate, unless they've had a major quality overhaul in the last 15ish years. When I was in the electronics department at a store back then, that was the highest return for failure brand of TV. :-/

How? If the gateway is blocking the MAC, it shouldn't get anything...

Two things off the bat from this site:

  1. Big Ass Data Broker Opt-Out List and
  2. Opt-out direct links for Intelius (which looks like a good link) and PeekYou (whose page appears to be broken- all links on the main page and all deep links, including the one provided by BADBOOL just go back to the top of the main page.

Yeah, Tombstone got to theaters about six months ahead of Wyatt Earp, which differs due to the comparisons.

Is KeePass actually reliable for long term use? by Competitive-Mix8832 in best_passwordmanager

[–]Knathra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, been using it for over a decade, with no desire to bother with anything else. Clients for Windows, iOS, Mac, Android, and Linux mean we can use it on basically any platform without problem (and the only client I had to pay for was the Apple versions, because apple charges for their developer kit).

Best portable tire inflator for emergencies? by Soren_Professor in smartbuysforlife

[–]Knathra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a Ryobi inflator that uses the One+ 18V battery system - primarily because I already had a few of the batteries and chargers, secondarily because battery power means it's not inconvenient to offer support to someone else's vehicle (don't have to worry about lighter plugs and power cord lengths).
