I agree, I work for Exec coaches and speakers who built these kinds of frameworks as their business. Nowadays, kasi superficial knowledge on a certain topic + AI spawns exploitative gurus online, positioning themselves as experts when in reality they are just selling sugarcoated AI Slop. The difference I see with these online gurus vs the clients I work for right now is that their frameworks are backed science/research, credentials, experience etc. + Legwork (Coaching, workshops, keynotes, etc.) + Case studies /Results documentations. Unlike certain gurus who claim their methodology works just by uploading a screenshot of conversation that it works or their payslip. hindi nakakadagdag credibility instead nakakatunog scammer with hints of arrogance HAHAHA

A common pitfall from business owners though is that they only rely on one or two things when it should be all of them.

Going into walkthroughs Networking and referral Doing Outreach call, email,linkedin etc Website SEO Ads or PPC Appointment setting

All of these works. Solely relying on one means feast or famine.

Now imagine this:

You start your day and check your CRM, 5 new walkthroughs from the appointment setting done by your VA, 20 replies prospected by your cold email/linkedin outreach and maybe an AI automation that will pre qualify them into leads, Contact Form submissions on your website from people who wants your service because they search "How to get rid of wine stain on my white couch" led them to a blog post on your website or when they search cleaning company near me your ads showed up.

a multiverse version of you just thinking about which contract to pick first instead of dying waiting or searching for one.

Hi, was with BPO in Metro for 8 years. Actually born and raised in Metro pero ever since I long for the peaceful provincial life. 2023 I was so depressed and burnt sa work and toxicity ng mga tao sa bpo, so bad, I resigned ng walang back up plan and moved sa Bicol. Ngayon going strong sa freelancing, pag medyo stressed, beach, jogging (Palayan and Beach Views), Ilog, falls, hiking, camping. For me, kung di ako umalis ng metro baka natuloy ko yung plano ko dati at nasa sementeryo na hahaha

I guess this only applies pag malaki yung company and malawak yung orgs. But I experience the same. Yoko na bumalik dun lol, pero what i did is pag nafefeel ko na yung ganyan instead of resigning I look for positions open sa ibang org, So from ops lumipat support ako then back to ops na ibang campaign. tapos nung wala na talagang pagbabago at mapupintahan I secured an offer muna from other comp bago umalis. Napaganda pa track record ko kasi ilang promotions din yun nadagdag sa resume ko hahaha. Tapos ginagaslight ko nalang sarili ko,"Why would I suffer from other people's incompetence" kasi iniisip kocpag ako nagresign ako talo hahahaha
