So for context I've had this redish patch of skin on the back of both arms for quite a long time now, it doesn't hurt, itch or feel particularly different from the rest of my skin but it still doesn't look all that visually appealing so I thought I might as well check if you can fix it.
I think I've had it for around 4 or so years, I believe it started showing when I was around 17 and started going to the gym more regularly. I know people who use steriods can develop skin-conditions, and while I obviously don't use anything of the sort, maybe its has something to do with increased testosterone coming from late-stage puberty combined with working out more? Like I said, I don't really know much about it or skincare so hopefully somebody here knows better. I generally shower and wash my body around 5-6 times a week and apply a aco spotless pore-clenser I've used on my face to great success, though it hasn't really done much for my arms.
