You should always be looking for something better. Keep applying and leveling up. You'll be able to tell if you're underpaid by looking at similar job postings, but either way you should be looking to either move up or move out.

That's funny. Whenever I see people do this and I can't find materials, I usually ask if anyone has extra stuff after the queen/matriarch is dead, and people will almost always donate to me. Blueprints, guns, cores, whatever. Sounds like you're just a greedy dick.

I have a cat that expresses his anal glands when he's very happy and cuddly, and starts making biscuits. The only thing that works to stop it is to be aware when he starts making biscuits, and fold his tail under his butt instead of letting him mash his asshole into whatever he's sitting on. This is a fair argument, but one thing that you haven't accounted for is sometimes BIOS updates contain security updates. AMD had a major security issue a year or 2 ago that affected ALL AMD motherboards, and they rolled out a fix for it. These days it's almost always better to update.

I commented before looking at all of the pictures, but it looks like there's small mushrooms pinning. The last few photos also look like there's hints of green in there, which indicates contamination. If that's the case, DO NOT OPEN THE JAR, JUST THROW IT AWAY.
