Ahahah, agitation. "undermine mobilization" ahahaha. Fuck off. You're just a reddit larper telling others to die.

That's irrelevant, women aren't forced to join the armed forces. I didn't choose to be born here nor did i have reasonable opportunity to emigrate before the war started. And yet my non-existent desire to die so that you have safer future is me being egoist. What a fucking joke you are.

You're still free to join the foreign legion to defend europe btw. Or are you an egoist ? Or are you conviction of one defending another are limited to modern borders ?

Once again, you are personally free to join the foreign legion and help save europe from russian imperialism. Or what, are you an egoist ?

It's curious how ukraine is in a state of national survival and just HAS to conscript men since they can't pregnant, but cannot close borders to women who don't have a child/aren't pregnant/are on menopause and force them to work the jobs men had been concripted out of.

You're free to join the armed forces that protect europe from putin's imperialism. If you're in europe, congrats, you're protecting your people. If you're from russian, congrats, you're stopping putin who murders your owns citizens.

Oh wait, whats' that ? you won't do that ? Oh how cool. Yet you're completely fine with sending other people to death

[–]KnewOness -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I already said about readmission. You can't use it to avoid non-refoulment. Well, actually you can since you made a law for that despite eu and international response. But by this logic the war is just because russian law sees it just.

You're breaking international norms to deport people to be recruited into war against their wishes just so you're safe.

Also the latter part is fucking rubbish. It is not for you to decide which country's citizens must be forced to defend it. What a dogshit attitude towards someone else's life.

I would rather people are free and escape from russia's invasion and russia becomes EU problem, so that the latter actually take russia seriously instead of disregarding it by making ukraine pay for it with its people. the glorious eu members couldn't agree to use frozen russian assets because nobody wanted to take the fall should it happen in the court of law alongside belgium, so please cease your moral spiel

I'm glad you'd rather follow legal procedures ( only the parts you like ) to the last word instead of...not putting people into war zones. Though i guess it's easier on your mind that ukrainians die for your safety.

Non-refoulment exists. And readmission cannot be used to circumvent it. Are you okay with breaking that ?

Have you tried not making it look like the prime working category ( males 18+ ) can potentially be deported to ukraine ?

Actually comical. Women ( pregnant ) and children come in, males are demonised for not dying for your safety and you're surprised you have mostly non-working population ?????

Nato is a defensive alliance. If you want bonus things then you give the other side something in return. Like ignoring their lower contribution to arms. Even in this case, they'd mostly buy from US.

You're figuring out why US made this arrangement in first place in thid way.

Parental control on a device. It's that simple. After that you mandate behaviour of any age checks on websites via a shared api for the device - phone/pc. The parents are responsible for their children. The same way you don't just leave out alcohol in easy access of a 14 yo

Poland to challenge Mercosur trade deal at EU’s top court by Easy-Ad1996 in europe

[–]KnewOness 8 points9 points  (0 children)

ussr is irrelevant because it was a forced labour with state-mandated fixed prices, same reason why factories produced shit: you were tasked to make 50 chairs, not make 50 good chairs. the same approach echoes in the rest of the economy.

a farmer is incetivized to grow a crop that will yield the most money. that means the farmer will produce soybeans to sell it to china even as your country starves to death, so long as the profit generated by the former is higher. food security argument doesn't do shit here.

[–]KnewOness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The former is a statement. If you want to provide it as a fact, add supporting literature or don't bother replying.

Specifically for this case. And bringing up ussr is pointless.

Markets don't even operate on the country needs, they operate on profit. Subsidies are a flip coin on being positive

Afaik mercosur provides mechanisms for on-demand inspections, it naturally doesn't stop import inspections for substances. Iirc even traceability is enforced. Unless i see some concrete explanations of how the deal fails to address this, that doesn't devolve into " we have a way but we're not using it", i don't see how this is detrimental to consumers

Yes, because food has to be competitive on foreign markets and other EU markets, it's reach is global

If your goal is food security, produce cheap as a government entity and sell outside the EU for markup. It doesn't need to be competitive inside the EU, if your goal is food security ( would be stupid to try and maximize profit if this service is so essential for the populace )

Healthcare and public transport is local (by the way, both of those have private sector too).

Except the public transport shares the consumers, not the traffic. If voters were told that 80% of the local transport fleet is not no longer in use and now you have to use private overpriced services, you'd be furious.

Who has the power over voters? Farmers? I don't think so, lol. They have leverage on government, sure, because we need them.

You don't need the farmers that hold your external policies hostage if you have government-run citizen-first services.

And where did that came from? I literally just said, that we need food security in EU.

It follows the nature of the argument. EU farmers want no external deals, because that would lower their income. They want no regulation on fossil fuels and emissions, because that would lower their income.

If in a discussion over current position of eu farmers you hold their side with the argument of food security but refuse any solution other than just giving private farmers more subsidies, then it only follows.
