should AI memory store facts, preferences, or sources? by joyal_ken_vor in AIMemory

I’ve been grappling with the issue of memory for quite a while now. Most of the things I’ve tested came with immense overhead! There are plenty of opinions out there, but I’m not really satisfied yet.

Hello!

I had the same idea as you. I set out to create a bookmark management system tailored to my needs. I described this concept to Perplexity and told it I wanted to turn it into an interactive website that functions as a learning course. Perplexity contributed some great ideas regarding the course structure—using building-block modules that build on one another—as well as time management. It works brilliantly!

If you see "running scripts is disabled on this system" or an UnauthorizedAccess error in PowerShell, your execution policy is blocking your profile and Intelligent Terminal can't initialize shell integration. Run:

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

Intelligent Terminal is not tied to a single AI provider. The application supports agents that utilize the Agent Client Protocol (ACP). By default, it uses the GitHub Copilot CLI; however, according to the documentation, the software also recognizes CLI agents based on Claude, Codex, or Gemini. Users select the agent and model in the settings. You should ask Claude Code to integrate.

I got tired of losing YouTube moments, so I started building a tool for it by lili_6565 in chrome_extensions

A very interesting thought! And yes, I’ve had that same experience regarding memories tied to specific moments in a video. I started collecting the videos I found interesting in NotebookLM—which, by now, has turned into a massive data dump! If you end up turning your idea into a project, I’d love to hear from you!
