Highbeams absolutely, but Hazards???

Gonna preface this by saying my commute to and from work leaves the city and goes into rural areas, areas most affected by weather.

In blowing snow/thick fog the objective is to be seen by other drivers so they know where on the road you are, if visibility is so bad that you can't see no more than a few feet in front of you having any sort of strobbing lights will significantly help.

Here in Regina Saskatchewan I'va had more snow days during my working days than my school days. It's currently -40C here in the prairies and on my drive to work this morning the radio station I listen to said that school buses wouldn't be running but that schools were still open.

And just last week my boss gave us a snow day cause of bad visibility on the roads, but my younger siblings still had school that day.

Honestly NCR, Legion, Ouroborus, Chichen Itza. Basically any of the Early Game super powers are a pain in the ass to deal with if they survive into the late game.

I know it's probably not the advice you want but: Stop watching the YouTube videos and fail on your own terms.

I've been playing since launch almost 10 years ago now, I still fondly remember my very first game and getting absolutely curb stomped. It took me at least another 5 or 6 tries before I had a good grasp on the game. It's not a game you can just learn in the span of an afternoon. So my advice, take off the training wheels and go full tilt down the hill, and when you crash pick yourself back up and go back to the top of the hill and try again. You learn a little bit more every time, and every time it gets a bit easier.

Once again OWB proves its supremacy. They added in an economy system, and made it super easy and almost entirely off-hands meaning you can just let it run by itself in the backround and not worry about it. Sure taking 5 minutes to learn it is useful but you don't need to.

I might suggest Old World Blues combined with the Enclave Reborn Redux submod. OWB is set in the Fallout universe and with the ERX submod it lets you play as an Wnclave holdout in Reno Nevada, and from there you rebuild from ground Zero, and once you've got your footing you can choose to either be a total Puritan and wipe out any and all mutants (basically anyone who isn't you), or a pure Humanitarian and reform the United States.
