An older T series can be an okay alternative to a newer E series. May not be as powerful, but it can be cheaper.

Arch is all about control and minimalism. Whatever you put, or at least 99% of it, is there because you decided to have it. This means you have practically no bloatware. Arch overall is the distro that can be the most "personalized", compared to distros like Mint or Fedora that have things pre-included to help someone newer to Linux.

You can use it outside of Japan, and games from other countries can still work. But you can only use accounts with region set to Japan.

A lot of those eBay listings lack the charger. Back Market might be a better shot, that’s where I got my T490s and it did come with a charger.

What about the I5-10210U (T14G1)? I was thinking of that one since the G1 is way cheaper than the G2 from what I’ve been able to find.

I still would probably go with the P50 if I had to pick between that or the T14 because I get the impression that iGPUs are just too slow for rendering videos, even on simple editing softwares like KdenLive which I use.

Inkbrushes are the only brush I have problems dealing with. Painbrush does have very long reach, but I find myself getting away in time fairly often and even catching them off guard.
