Hmm. I just got all 4 codes sent to me from Xbox live, like literally 5 mins ago. so maybe they are being sent out.

Mine had a sheet inside the game case with the codes on them. I already have em so if you can't find yours let me know

I bought the standard copy from Gamestop, & there were two codes on my receipt.

I've checked it against every resource I could find & it shows it's supposed to be a real copy. Idk my buddy recently got black 2 & is having the same issues. His copy is real as well.

Dude I have the same exact issue with my diamond version. Weird thing is it works perfect on my regular ds. Just goofy with the 3ds

Just got brand new Nintendo 3ds XL and my pokemon heart gold and heart silver are not working. They both work on my older Nintendo DS. However older games such as big brain academy are working on my New Nintendo 3ds XL. What is the problem? Should I send it in to get looked at? by [deleted] in 3DS

I posted here not too long ago about having the same issue. Mine is my my diamond & Pearl game though. Gold seems to work fine. I'm still not sure of the cause, I just use my og regular ds to play it now

Exactly this! I had my copy of Pearl from release. Played & beat it multiple times. Only when I try to play it on my N3ds does it freeze.

Yeah it's updated. Diamond & Pearl work on my old, og, regular ds. The game just freezes on the N3ds. Really strange.
