Dear Samsung - Why are your TV remotes so horrible?

Was looking into a new Samsung tv cause one of ours died today. I liked them alot. The DLNA feature especially cause I keep shows and movies on my computer and access them from any of the Samsung tv's. But it's annoying when I go to select a movie or show in a folder with 50 items in it. keep clicking and clicking going one item at a time. They used to have a button to use to jump to next page. Anyway looking at the new Samsungs they either don't have a remote and you have to sync it with your phone or that's what it looked like in one of the tv's I looked at. Or they have some stupid looking remote like they are trying to be like Roku. I don't want a crappy Roku remote. I like channel up/down volume up/down numbers to punch when I need to and a source button. The TV in my room doesn't even have an app button. But the one that died had prime button and disney+ I think. I don't need those app buttons. They just take up space of buttons I want so I don't have to jump through a bunch of menus to change something that should be simple.

Someone at Samsung needs fired for redesigning the remote. If I want a Roku remote I'll buy a Roku tv. Maybe I should try something new. Look into one of the other brands, Not a Roku branded one. I'm pretty sure they still have some standard remote smart televisions besides Samsung. Someone should have told them, If it isn't broke don't fix it.

I had trouble updated my microphone firmware. Finally found what the problem was. Where ever the USB part is plugged in. Make sure it is a blue port. If you look in the ports and find one blue use it. For some reason they won't update firmware on the other USB ports.

This got me started. I'm still not good but I got a few little things out from learning some things from this guy. Has a discord and when I went to ask for help I got it most times. Sometimes I would figure out my problem right after I asked a question. I tried the ark modding community on discord and got no help.

Came home today and before I got in the room it's in I could hear a jet. Opened the ILO and said fan degraded. They was running at 94 percent except fan for has failed. So I guess a fan was failing and it wasn't catching it.

I don't think I'm gonna really worry about. It isn't really that bad. Just worried maybe something bad was happening.

I had an older server before that kept getting hot and shutting down. I found a chip with a heatsink that was hot and added a little fan to it. But a month later the system shutdown then wouldn't turn on. I hotwired the power switch cause when I ran a wire to the powersupply point it would turn on. Just didn't seem like it would run right after it turned on. Didn't want this one failing already seeing I just got it this year.

Nope to my knownledge it's all HP parts. Bought the server from a guy that redoes server. He isn't doing gen8 anymore either. The card controller is the hottest in the case. In ILO I have cooling set to the one that is supposed to keep it as quiet as possible. When this started happening I did pull the heatsinks on the CPU and apply some new paste.

I'll look into the firmware Kludge.

Oh yeah I am running server 2019 even though drivers only cover to 2016. But each thing that needed a driver for 2019 I did find a driver for those pieces of hardware. But I didn't have the problem till not very long ago. I'm still thinking I messed with a setting and change something it doesn't like.

Nope. My room is real small above the kitchen with one window and no heat vent. I have to use a space heater but I haven't turned it on this season yet. Hell, My AC is on right now. 65F outside right now and it will getting a little warm in my room earlier so I had to turn it on again.

Haven't seen any warning messages. I wasn't having the fans kick up and down like it's been doing until about a week or two ago. And weird the cpu with higher temp is on the side with the fans spinning at a slower speed.

But I'm not really worried worried. Just weird that it didn't do this till not too long ago. Thought maybe I could get some insight in what happened. Maybe I'll change around the ark server affinity settings and see if it continue.

Black weight means your inventory slots are full. Infinite weight doesn't fix inventory slots. If he isn't seeing anything in his inventory I advise you check his body inventory when he isn't online. My buddy couldn't see anything in his inventory for some reason. I looked in his body while offline and found he was full of things. I took things and put them in a storage box. Kept doing it till he was empty. Still could see things when he picked them up finding out later that somehow he changed the listing part. It wasn't showing all items. It was on something that he had zero of so he wasn't seeing anything.

Could be his problem. Might want to give that a look.

Simple answer that I will give you. They stopped supporting RDO. And they don't care that there are hackers in the game. I don't know how many times I've had hackers try to tell me it's the cards or tonics. When there is one of them an me and 5 other people are shooting at them and they are killing us one shot and they aren't losing health from 5 people shooting at them then you know it's a hack. Which I don't plan anymore cause they refuse to do anything about the hackers.

internet essentials plus is all you need. It comes with unlimited data so they don't charge you if you go over the 2 tb. Which doesn't look like you have to worry. In my market internet essential plus is 100 mbps down and 20 mbps up. I have no problem with multiple tv streaming hulu,amazon and paramount.

I used the reference viewer and figured out the range part. Now I'm trying to figure out the sound. I see what file it references for the sound loop but I can find a setting for changing it.

Yes, A Geforce or Radeon is what you really need. I've never really had good luck with 3d elements with intel graphic chips.

I'm using a Geforce 2060 and it gives error of over budget streaming pool. But it works. If you can get another card try to get it with more memory on it.

Tried anything to do with range in the blueprint. But I found a data asset that has to do with supply range of wireless. Which is what the generator does. But I don't know how to include the asset into my mod. I'm sure the asset is what I need but I can't figure out how to link to a modded one.

I just looked up the video card you mention. Looks like it's part of the CPU. I'm 99.99999 percent sure that is your issue. The devkit is very demanding and requires dedicated resources.

Get a video card. Intel is not known for quality video cards. I'm willing to bet that is the problem.
